Above the entry is a loft with a pool table and sofa for some down time after the beach or skiing. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, Den area with Tv sofa and chairs, Fireplace and Air Hockey! From this area you can access the massive landscaped backyard with a Hot Tub, Fire Pit and plenty of grass to hang out on.

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

This house and the hosts are terrific. The space in the house is great for big families or multi family trip. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Pool table in the loft was a great source of fun competition and still able to talk over the wall to everyone in dining and living room area. Ping pong was fun. Kitchen was very well stocked. We will be back!

This is a fantastic property to rent. There is plenty of room for everyone with great separation for guest when they want it. Accommodations are all well done and first class. The unit is well stocked with everything you need.

This house did not disappoint! This was a last minute trip for us and the communication with the property management was very helpful with quick responses. The house was perfectly landscaped and had every amenity we could have needed. My kids and their friends loved the space downstairs and my husband and I felt like we had a whole upstairs to ourselves. The ambient heating was much appreciated, who doesn’t love heated tile floors. Thank you for sharing this lovely home.
