416 Country Club is a spacious House with plenty of room to spread out and relax. There are 3 gathering areas one at the entry level with a pool table and sitting area, the living room is on the second level just off of the kitchen and the third area is located upstairs. There is a private hot-tub just off of the kitchen area along with the large Hot tub there are two picnic tables and a large barbecue for summer dining. There are multiple decks to hangout on and enjoy the Tahoe sunsets This property offers six bedrooms; two of them are master bedrooms with there own bathrooms. All the bedding linens have been updated and many other items as well. There two Flat panel tv's with cable and DVD players. There is plenty of parking including a two-car garage. 

Location:

You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. 2 minute drive down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East shore trail that will take you to Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can visit the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis complex, Frisbee golf and bike park.
