Lake Tahoe was everything we expected and more. The property was outstanding and the private beach was spectacular.
We really enjoyed this condo on the shores of Lake Tahoe. We had our daughter and her family join us & the accommodations were absolutely perfect. Great private beach and walking paths. The unit was clean and everything in the write-up can be relied upon. Five stars!

Only complaint we had was the BBQ, it needed to be cleaned. We used it the first night and it ran out of propane so we contacted the property management and they sent out a new tank which didn’t work, the connection on it didn’t fit so the rest of the weekend we couldn’t BBQ.
Excellent home! Super clean, didn't even know it was pet friendly. Comfortable and QUIET! The creek is AMAZING! our family of 4 will definitely be returning! Easy check in, no hassle, everything worked. We are VRBO junkies and this was one of the best!
Divot Ct. is great for families. With the primary suite upstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, it provides good separation. The rooms are good size and the open plan kitchen/ living room provides plenty of room to spread out. The unit was very clean, with comfortable beds and good quality linens and towels. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and not overly cluttered. My only issue with the property is that there’s not much area for hiking or walking through the neighborhood. It’s located on a cul de sac off a main road into town. The area itself however was very peaceful.

I've been coming to Incline for 35 plus years -- for skiing in the winter and golf in the early fall. For the past 7 or 8 years it's now just golf and I host a September trip for my gang back east, which ranges anywhere from 6 to 12 very high-maintenance and picky old guys. Sue always does a great job figuring out the accommodations. Thanks, Sue. See you next year!

Great location for skiers and beach adventure.Quiet neighborhood, safe and clean. The home was clean and stocked with towels and kitchenware. My two boys were able to play video games and watch TV.
We have been coming to Forest Pines Condos for many years... It is a great location and the setting is absolutely beautiful... We stayed in 214 about three times and it’s worked perfectly for our family... we are close to Sand Harbor, which is our favorite beach, and our condo has access to a lovely swimming pool right on the premises. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby which makes our stay even more enjoyable.. It’s a perfect condo for our family...

The property was in an excellent location, is in good shape, clean and comfortable. We had small children in our group and having access to the nice Incline village parks was a plus. Having a lock box to access the property was very convenient. The unit does need some new cookware and coffee maker.
We had a great family vacation! Thanks for your help in making it happen! The unit was very clean and everything was in good working order! We particularly appreciate the email with the code for the Internet! The front Porch light was not working and needs to be fixed! That was important as our son had to come in early in the morning with no light and complete darkness!
We love Forest Pines condos... We have been staying there for about 10 years... The condos are nice, the pool is great, and the location is absolutely wonderful...
We stayed during Thanksgiving weekend and absolutely enjoyed it. Lovely, clean, good neighborhood and large enough for 8 people.
PROS: the VIEW!! We VERY MUCH enjoyed the view from the deck and the great room. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. They have “lake day” items (Ex.- chairs, cooler, floaties) available. The location was great for our needs. Quiet neighborhood too. CONS: We were a full house so all beds were occupied and no one had positive reviews on the beds. The spiral staircase definitely isn’t great. The dining table chairs are a bit rickety. The patio table only seats 4. We didn’t require anything from the Management company but they communicated very well prior to arrival.
